Sims 4 frozen but mouse moves

Webb15 juli 2009 · Last night all of a sudden it started freezing every 2 sim minutes in normal speed ever 4 or 5 in ultra-fast. The sims and thought bubbles freeze but the plumbobs still go and the surroundings still go (IE the bushes move, the Zzzs still move). If I Quit and restart is played about 15 minutes or so before it starts freezing.
