Web19 nov. 2024 · I have downloaded the “Intensity ratio nuclei cytoplasmic tool” into ImageJ. I then use the greyscale image for analysis with the cytoplasmic channel and the nuclei channel. This then gives me a result with nuclei intensity % and cytoplasmic intensity % for all the cells in the image.
