This American Single Malt was distilled and matured in the Wasatch Mountains, and finished in Oloroso Sherry casks before bottling at 44% ABV. WebSmells like a fruity breakfast danish. Absolutely no peat or brine. Taste: Sweet, anise, doughy, no burn. Finish: light viscosity, quick finish. Overall: easy drinking at 44%, but does not lack character. The nose was fantastic. The finishing adds to the experience without becoming center stage.
