WebJul 8, 2024 · The 8" scope is pretty easy to move by comparison and all are lighter if they are removed from the fork like I have done. You will also need a focal reducer/flattener. I am using the Meade f/6.3. It works well once you get the correct back focus distance set correctly. There are other more expensive alternatives.
