WebWindows PC are not very good with audio. there's a reason why mac is dominant in the audio world and rocksmith runs smooth no issues with it. The problem is the buffer. you would do much better to change the on-board audio driver. for pc i would recommend installing ASIO4ALL and then adjust the buffer size.
