WebTraditional Door County Fish Boils are served Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings from May through October and on Friday evenings the rest of the year. In summer, seatings on all four nights are at 5:00, 6:30 and 8:00 PM. In spring and fall, the number of seatings and times vary based upon the number of people attending.
