I would check if WSL2 distro firewall is enabled first. It should also work from Windows either directly or using port forwarding, but there is a lot of reports that Windows forgets forwarded ports, so it may need Windows reboot from time to time.

WebSep 2, 2016 · To explain again: docker run --net=host should work. It does work. It attaches to the ports on the host machine which is the virtual machine inside xhyve. If you expect it to connect to your Mac’s host ports, then no. It will not do that, because it’s running on a virtual machine.
